Colonnade Studio

1. Unless otherwise arranged, the Colonnade Studio hours are 9am to 6pm. Keys are held at the Squeezed Media office next door at number 27 Colonnade where someone will welcome you, and open up the studio for you.

2. Cancellation charges apply within 48 hours of the hire date will incur a fee of 50% of the hire cost. If you’ve paid in advance, the remaining 50% will be refunded or held as credit on your account. Cancellation within 24 hours of the hire date will incur 100% of the hire cost.

3. All equipment, staff or personnel, hired-in on behalf of the client, will also be subject to cancellation charges.

4. The reasonable cost of repair of any damage to equipment or breakages, whether belonging to Squeezed Media Ltd, the owner of Colonnade Studio, or hired in, will be chargeable to the client to the extent that such damage has been caused by the client or its employees or agents- please notify of such on the day.

5. If and to the extent that, due to major spillages or damages caused by the client or its employees or agents, the studio needs to be repainted or repaired, the reasonable cost of such will be chargeable to the client – we of course accept normal wear and tear of a day’s hire.

6. Hiring our studio, either dry-hire or with a lights package doesn’t include any crew – they can be hired separately – please specify when booking if you require our crew for your shoot.

7. Tell us if you are going to use any additional equipment that is of extremely high wattage.

8. Clients must ensure they have appropriate and adequate insurance cover for all eventualities whilst using our facilities. No Public Liability insurance cover is provided and all belongings are left at the client’s own risk.

9. Parking for one car is right outside the studio. A second space is available at Squeezed Media next door by arrangement and at a charge of £20 for the day.

10. To pre-empt the unlikely scenario of any form of road access problem to our studio, or for works or events in the surrounding area beyond our control, we have to say we won’t be held responsible for such an event, but we will do all we can to help find an alternative arrangement.

11.  The hire comes with teas and coffee, milk and 10 capsules for the Nespresso machine for each day of hire – requests for extra items will be chargeable.
